1. After you reach out with your inquiry, we’ll schedule a Discovery Call to discuss your project needs.
2. Once we decide to move ahead, I’ll provide an Agreement and first invoice for a 30% non-refundable deposit to book your spot. Upon receipt of these, I’ll send you a Welcome Package with all the guidance you’ll need to submit the info + content for your project.
3. When your calendar dates arrive, I’ll use the content you submitted in advance to start conceptualizing your brand. The ideas that emerge will be presented. When your branding is ready, I’ll start creating your site. We’ll be in regular communication during the design period—your prompt feedback will ensure we stay on track.
4. At the end of the project, you’ll receive all deliverables discussed in the proposal. Finally, we’ll have our Launch Call + instruction and then celebrate your new brand and website!

With the platform being continuously monitored and improved, it requires NO manual updates (unlike Wordpress). Yearly costs are competitively low and the interface is gorgeous, providing a user experience that will catapult your business’s website to a professional level.
The website build process is designed to take 2 weeks. To help keep things on track, we'll establish an organized timeline prior to the project start date. Because I’m working with you one-on-one and prioritizing your project within my schedule, not adhering to the timeline may result in your website build being pushed back to the next available calendar slot.
Lots! Your input and feedback is crucial to the website design and development process. I’ll provide you with questionnaires and many opportunities to provide input. Remember this is your website and your direction is key to ensure it aligns with your vision.
You will provide all of the text content for your website. You are the expert on your business, so it’s always best if it comes from you. If you need some help, I can provide assistance with copywriting for an additional cost or you can hire a professional copywriter.
Yes! Before the site launch, we’ll have an instructional call where I’ll walk you through how to update your website. You will have full access to the backend of your new Squarespace website upon transferring ownership to your account. So, you will be able to make simple text updates, photo changes, and upload your own blog posts.
All content including text, images, and branding (logo files, etc.) needs to be provided the Thursday before your project start date. Once you’ve submitted the deposit payment, you’ll receive a content planning guide to help you get started with organizing your website content.
All websites include best-practice Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) techniques. If you require additional, targeted, or ongoing SEO services I recommend getting in touch with an SEO expert for specialised help specific to your business goals.
No, you will be responsible for purchasing your own Squarespace plan. You may purchase or use an existing domain. One perk of working with me is that you will receive 20% off the first year of your new Squarespace plan!
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the project booking. The remaining 70% is paid in 2 installments, with the final payment due upon completion just before the launch of the website.
